Refund policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at support@muezza-shoppe.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
